Raymond James Stadium General Information
Raymond James Stadium and its amenities were carefully designed to provide an enjoyable experience for all guests within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Disabled and wheelchair seating is available throughout Raymond James Stadium. Wheelchair storage is available at all guest services booths. Raymond James Stadium staff will ask fans to wait at the top of the aisle until the end of a play to return to their seats so that fans do not miss any of the action on the field. This “Wait for the Whistle” policy will be enforced throughout the game and your cooperation is appreciated.
Alcohol Sales And Policies
Staff members at Raymond James Stadium work hard to promote responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following alcohol policies:
• All guests purchasing alcohol must be prepared to show valid identification.
• Alcoholic beverages will be limited to two per person, per purchase.
• Alcoholic beverage sales at portable and permanent concessions stands on the main and upper concourses will cease at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
• Guests passing alcohol to minors or guests possessing alcohol, who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age, may be ejected or subject to arrest.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Any attempt to bring in alcohol will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct and may result in the guest being ejected, arrested or have their ticket(s) revoked.
Alcohol Sales And Policies
• ARAMARK reserves the right to refuse services at any point in time to any patron that they deem as intoxicated.
• No alcohol may be taken out of the stadium.
ATMs are located on the main concourse near sections 119 and 144, on the club concourses near sections 217 and 242, and on each upper concourse near sections 318 and 343. There is one ATM outside the stadium near the ticket office on the south plaza.
Baby Changing Tables
For your convenience, baby changing tables are located in all restrooms.
Banners, Signs And Flags
Only hand-held signs meeting specific guidelines will be permitted into Raymond James Stadium. Signs cannot be made of wood or metal; the contents of the sign is event-related and in good taste as determined by the College Football Playoff and Tampa Sports Authority; signs can’t be commercial, political or obscene in nature; signs can’t obstruct another guest’s view or stadium signage; they may not be attached to rails or other signs. Raymond James Stadium reserves the right to confiscate signs that are in violation of this policy.
Bicycle racks are located in front of chain link fenced area, adjacent to each of the four dock areas at Raymond James Stadium. The stadium is not responsible for the loss of bicycles.
Bottles, Cans And Beverage Containers
For safety reasons, guests are prohibited from entering Raymond James Stadium with any glass or plastic bottles, cans, thermoses or hard-sided containers of any size or style. Guests in possession of bottles or cans may recycle them at the gate or return them to their vehicles.
Cameras And Video Recorders
Cameras that are 12 inches in length or less (including body, lens and filter) are allowed into Raymond James Stadium. Camera bags and cases are not permitted. Video recorders are prohibited.
Club East And Club West
Raymond James Stadium has two exclusive clubs located on the east and west side of the stadium. Please enter Raymond James Stadium through the East Club entrance doors, located on the east side of the stadium for tickets in club level sections 201–220. Please enter Raymond James Stadium through the West Club entrance doors, located on the west side of the stadium for tickets in club level sections 226–245.
Compliments Or Concerns
Compliments or concerns about your stadium experience should be reported to the nearest guest services booth attendant. Fans are also encouraged to text 33607 with location and issue. Written feedback can be sent directly to the College Football Playoff at email@example.com.
Raymond James Stadium has 42 concession stands to give guests nearly 600 points of sale for food and beverage service. Please see guest services for a list of available concession stands.
Credit And Debit Cards
The ticket office and concession stands accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Drop-Off And Pick-Up Area
The Mass Transit drop-off is located on the north side of the stadium off N. Dale Mabry Hwy. next to the pedestrian bridge. This area is also designated for non-disabled drop-off, limo drop-off, and taxi pick-up. Limos can drop off at the Mass Transit point but they will stage on southbound Himes Ave. between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Tampa Bay Blvd. for pick-up after the game.
In the event of an emergency, guests will be asked to exit the stadium and return to their vehicles. For safety reasons, they will be directed to walk immediately across one of the perimeter streets surrounding the stadium, which include: Dale Mabry Hwy., Himes Ave., Tom McEwen Blvd., or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Guests will be asked to go to their vehicles and turn on their car radios, as well as check www.collegefootballplayoff.com or the official CFP Facebook and Twitter account (@CFBPlayoff) on their mobile devices for re-entry information.

Escalators are located at Gates A, B, C and D as well as in each of the clubs.
Family restrooms are located on the main concourse next to the guest services booths near sections 103, 143, 118, 128 and on the upper concourse near sections 304, 317, 329 and 342. Please obtain the key from the guest services booth attendant and return after use.
First aid stations are located near sections 120 and 145 on the main concourse. First aid stations on the upper are located near sections 319 and 344. Paramedics are positioned on the east and west walkways of the main and upper concourses and at each end zone.
Food And Beverage Policy
Fans are not permitted to bring food or beverage items into the stadium. Please contact Tampa Sports Authority in advance at 813-350-6508 to make special medical arrangements.
Gate Opening Times
All stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
Gluten Free Options
Gluten free options are located in sections 107, 132, 207, 232, 309 and 334.
Guest Services Booths
Guest services booths are located on the main concourse near sections 102, 119, 127 and 144; on the upper concourse near sections 310 and 336; in the club lobbies by the entrance and lounges next to the escalators, as well as outside the stadium in the south plaza in between Gate C and Gate D. Guest service booth attendants assist guests with lost and found, lost children or fans, emergencies, wheelchair storage, stadium directions and general questions.
Horns And Noisemakers
Refrain from bringing noisemakers or musical instruments into the stadium. This includes air horns, artificial noisemakers, vuvuzelas, aerosol cans and whistles.
Housekeeping And Maintenance Issues
Raymond James Stadium strives to present guests with a safe, clean and friendly environment during their visit. If a guest sees or experiences a housekeeping problem or maintenance concern, please notify event staff. Guests can also text 33607 with the location and housekeeping or maintenance issue.
Lost And Found
All guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit a guest services booth. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should contact the stadium office at 813-350-6500.
Lost Child Or Person
Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group to find an event staff member if they become lost or separated from their group. Lost children or persons will be taken to the nearest guest services booth. The party looking for the child or person should follow the same procedure. As a preventive measure, all guest services booths inside the stadium offer the TAG-A-FAN program.
Official Souvenir Game Program
The College Football Playoff National Championship Official Souvenir Game Program will be available for purchase at various locations throughout Raymond James Stadium for $15.
Built in 1998, the pirate ship at Raymond James Stadium is owned by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and is located near section 145 in the north plaza.
Raymond James Stadium has four quads corresponding to Gates A, B, C and D upper and lower concourse. Gates A and C are entrances for guests with disabilities and contain elevators for those needing them. ADA compliant ramps are used as guest entrances into the stadium and are located at each gate area extending from the ground floor to the main concourse and to the upper decks. Escalators are built into the ramps allowing for easier access to all floors.
Re-entry is not permitted unless in the event of a medical emergency. In this case, call the stadium office at 813-350-6501.
Reporting Fan Behavior
Guests who are subjected to or witness violations of Raymond James Stadium policies can text their issue and location to 33607 or call the stadium hotline at 813-350-6501. Fans may also report the issues to event staff or visit a guest services booth.
Guests planning on taking Uber or Lyft to and from the national championship game will be dropped off at the Mass Transit hub near the pedestrian bridge and picked up at the Rideshare area at Steinbrenner Field, located northwest of Raymond James Stadium. Guests using Rideshare are encouraged to use the pedestrian bridge over Dale Mabry Hwy. to access Raymond James Stadium or Steinbrenner Field.
The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited on Raymond James Stadium property, including parking lots. Fans that purchase tickets from someone other than Ticketmaster, TeamTix, or the participating institutions and conferences do so at their own risk and those tickets could be counterfeit. The College Football Playoff is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through an unauthorized secondary ticket provider.
In accordance with the College Football Playoff Best Practices for Stadium Security, all fans will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Raymond James Stadium, including inspection of all bags and carry-in items. Security staff will utilize handheld walk-through metal detectors to screen all fans at the security checkpoints. Prior to screening, fans will be asked to remove metal items (cell phones, cameras and other larger metal objects) from their pockets and person, then hold the items in their hands, or put them in bins, for the security staff to inspect. Keys, belts, coins, shoes, wallets, and watches should remain on your person. If a person does not feel comfortable with the metal detector screening due to medical reasons, a physical pat-down will be conducted instead. Please have all bags open for security staff and be prepared to remove any item from inside the bag if requested for closer inspection. Fans electing not to consent to the metal detector screening or physical pat-down along with a bag search will be denied entry inside Raymond James Stadium. Security checkpoints are the busiest during the 30 minutes leading up to kickoff. Guests are encouraged to enter the stadium early.
Smoking, including the use of smokeless or electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the stadium except in the following designated areas:
• Inside Gates A, B, C and D.
• On the main concourse outside of sections 103, 108, 118, 128, 133 and 143.
• Terrace of each club lounge located off the elevator lobby.
• Ramps at the ends of each club.
• Terrace of each suite level located off the elevator lobby.
• Sections 303, 308, 318, 328, 333 and 334 on the upper concourse.

Distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed and or painted materials is prohibited at Raymond James Stadium and within its parking lots without the explicit permission of the event presenter or stadium operations staff. This includes any exchange of money while on the complex, including the solicitation for donations to charities or clubs and sale of peddling of any product/food/drink. Any guest who persists in soliciting while on the stadium property and in the parking lots will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest and having all materials confiscated.
Strollers are not permitted into the stadium.
The TAG-A-FAN program returns lost children/fans to their ticketed seat. Free ID bracelets display the fan’s seat location making it easy for event staff and law enforcement to reunite separated parties. To locate a lost child/ fan or to sign up, go to the nearest guest services booth or notify event staff.
Taxis are available at the Dale Mabry Hwy. Mass Transit drop-off on the northwest corner of the stadium campus by the pedestrian bridge.
Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.
Raymond James Stadium features some of the most advanced video board technology found among NFL stadiums. The two 9,600 square foot high definition videoboards, located in the end zones, display enormous singular replays or up to six different images simultaneously. Replays, statistics and messages can be clearly seen from any angle in the stadium. In addition, four matrix message boards located on the upper fascia facing the two sidelines continuously display scores and game statistics.
Water fountains are available in sections 103, 118, 120, 126, 129, 143, 145, 151, 206, 208, 209, 211, 212, 214, 216, 230, 232, 233, 234, 236, 237, 239, 241, 302, 316, 319, 327, 330, 341 and 344. Complimentary cups of ice are also available at every concession stand.
Firearms (except required by Florida Law or the Licensee’s admission policy), sheath or hunting-type knives, switch blades, mace or pepper spray, explosives, fireworks, etc. are not permitted into the stadium.
