Claudia Dorsey joined the College Football Playoff staff in July 2015 as the Business and Ticket Operations Coordinator, was promoted to Assistant Director of Business and Ticket Operations and was named Associate Director of Licensing and Merchandise in June 2026. In her current role, she oversees the CFP's licensing and merchandise program, managing brand licensing, product development, retail partnerships, and merchandise initiatives for the CFP. She works closely with licensees, manufacturers, and corporate partners to expand the CFP brand and enhance the fan retail experience.
Prior to joining the CFP, Dorsey spent two years with the NCAA's Championships and Alliances team, supporting licensing, merchandise, and corporate partnerships for top national championships, including the Men's Final Four, Men's and Women's College World Series, and several NCAA national championships. She began her career with the Chicago White Sox, where she advanced through multiple roles in sales and client services. A native of Chicago, Dorsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from DePaul University. Dorsey and her husband, Ryan, have two sons, Mason and Myles
