Claudia Dorsey joined the College Football Playoff staff in July 2015 as its Assistant Director of Business and Ticket Operations. In this role, she plays a central part in managing the CFP’s brand licensing program and business and revenue operations while contributing to the execution of the CFP National Championship and affiliated bowl games. She also oversees Playoff Premium, the CFP's official premium ticket and hospitality program.

Prior to joining the CFP, Dorsey spent two years at the NCAA as a member of its Championships and Alliances team. There, she assisted the organization’s merchandise and licensing program while playing a key role in the servicing of major corporate sponsorships like Allstate, Capital One, Buffalo Wild Wings, Buick, Infiniti, LG, Nabisco and Unilever. Her work included maximizing partner engagement and opportunities for several marquee NCAA championships, such as the Men's Final Four and Men's and Women's College World Series, plus the national championships for gymnastics, volleyball and lacrosse.

A native of Chicago, Dorsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from DePaul University. Following graduation, she spent the 2009 MLB season as the Sales and Cross-Functional intern for the Chicago White Sox and was hired full-time as an Account Executive in group/event sales, later becoming the Coordinator of Client Services and Database Administration in 2012.

Dorsey and her husband, Ryan, have two sons, Mason and Myles.
