We're only in the second week of the college football season, but the magnitude of games feels high in rowdy environments. Big upsets and wild endings round out week two.
Texas storms back to defeat Ohio State
Ohio State was up 23-3 at the start of the fourth quarter, but Texas delivered one of the best comebacks in recent memory inside DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium Saturday night. Hollywood Smothers scored two touchdowns, including the go-ahead touchdown, in the fourth to power the Longhorns over the Buckeyes.
With 2:53 left to go in the third quarter, Texas had just a 1.7% win probability, according to ESPN analytics.
Michigan downs Oklahoma in the Big House
The Wolverines got a massive victory against the Sooners on Saturday. A fourth-quarter interception on John Mateer set Michigan up for a touchdown by Jordan Marshall to grab the lead late.
Oklahoma State stuns Oregon in Boone Pickens Stadium
The Cowboys ended a 12-game losing streak on Saturday, defeating the Ducks 39-31, behind Drew Mestemaker's 317 passing yards, 109 rushing yards and three total touchdowns. The Pokes outgained Oregon 554-281 in total yards.
Iowa and Missouri get big wins in rivalry games
Iowa defeated Iowa State with a game-winning field goal in the Cy-Hawk Series on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium. Missouri defeated Kansas on the road, 38-21, in the Border Showdown Friday evening.
Boston College wins annual Red Bandanna Game
The Boston College Eagles faced off with Rutgers in their annual Red Bandanna Game Friday night. The game honors 9/11 hero and Eagles lacrosse alumna Welles Crowther.
Each year, the 19-yard lines are painted maroon in memory of Crowther. On the first touchdown play, Boston College scored from the 19-yard line.
Boise State rallies to victory against Memphis
In a battle of two Group-of-Six programs, the Broncos handled business at home, defeating the Tigers 38-20. The matchup, between two programs who are favorites to make the CFP as the group-of-six representative, could possibly be a deciding point towards the end of the season.

It took four overtime to decide the game between the Bobcats and Gamecocks on Saturday. Freshman and third-string quarterback, Levi Davis, scored the winner to give Ohio their first win of the season.
Wake Forest gets Big Ten win over Purdue on away soil
In a 2-OT barnburner between the Demon Deacons and the Boilermakers, Wake Forest improved to 2-0 on the season, on the legs of Gio Lopez who scored the winner.
Duke rallies to beat Illinois
Nate Sheppard ran for 147 yards and three total touchdowns to help propel the Blue Devils over the Illini. The Blue Devils were down ten points at two different points in the game, but overcame the deficits to improve to 2-0 on the season.
