Attending the College Football Playoff National Championship is simple, secure, and seamless with the help of mobile ticketing. All mobile tickets can be viewed and managed from your smartphone through the CFBPlayoff mobile app. Follow the steps below to learn how to view and manage your mobile tickets.

Download and open the CFBPlayoff App available in the App Store and Google Play.

 
Select the “Tickets” button located on the toolbar at bottom of your phone's screen.

 
Click the Sign in to College Football Playoff button and login with your Ticketmaster login. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? New to Ticketmaster? Click Sign Up.

 

Select the event banner to view your mobile tickets.

 
Click View Barcode to see your mobile tickets, then follow the prompts to add them to your wallet. Add tickets to your mobile wallet to avoid any issues or delays.

 
These are your mobile game tickets. Show this pass or ticket with the moving barcode at the gate. Screenshots and PDF printed tickets are not valid forms of entry.

 

 
Select the event banner to view your mobile tickets.

 
Click the transfer button on the bottom left of your screen.

 
Select the mobile ticket(s) you want to send to other attendees and press the Transfer To button.

 

Mobile tickets can be transferred manually to recipients via an email address or through text message.

 
Enter the recipient's contact information to electronically transfer the indicated tickets. Click the “Transfer” button on the bottom right.

 
You'll be notified when the tickets are accepted via email. Once the transfer has been accepted your digital ticket(s) will reflect the new ownership in the CFBPlayoff mobile app.

 

 
You will receive mobile tickets either by SMS or email. To accept, click the link provided.

 
Sign in using your existing College Football Playoff Account Manager or Ticketmaster login credentials.

 
You're now viewing your mobile ticket(s). To ensure a memorable game day, please add your mobile tickets to your phone's digital wallet. Access your mobile tickets through the CFBPlayoff App.

 

  Your College Football Playoff National Championship mobile ticket(s) can be sold on Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange as they currently appear on the CFBPlayoff mobile app.

Within the CFBPlayoff App, select “Tickets” located on the toolbar at bottom of your phone's screen.

 
Select the event banner to view your mobile tickets.

 
Click the sell button in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

 

Choose the seats you would like to list for sale.

 
Enter the price in US dollars. Tap List Ticket in the bottom right to confirm.

 
Select a listing cut off time and your desired payout method. Tap List Ticket to confirm.

 

Once listed, your digital ticket will be active on Ticketmaster's resale marketplace.

 
You can Edit and Cancel Listing after posting your ticket for resale.

I do not have a smartphone. How do I access my mobile tickets on game day?

If you do not have access to a smartphone on the day of the game, please call or email the College Football Playoff Ticketing Office.

At what age does my child need a ticket for the College Football Playoff National Championship?

Anybody, regardless of age, who wishes to attend the national championship game will need a valid game ticket.

I need to exchange my tickets for ADA and ADA companion seats. How do I do this?

If you or a member of your party need to exchange them a valid game ticket to the CFP National Championship, please do so on the day of the game by speaking with one of the Guest Services Representatives inside the stadium or by the stadium gates. Please note, ADA seat exchanges are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis and inventory is limited.

If I purchased my tickets through Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange, can I still access my tickets from the CFBPlayoff mobile app?

Yes. You will be able to access your mobile tickets via the CFBPlayoff mobile app by entering your login credentials used on Ticketmaster.com.
