GENERAL PARKING There is no general parking for vehicles, RVs, buses and limousines for the CFP National Championship. All lots surrounding the Mercedes-Benz Superdome will be pass lots only. PARKING POLICIES FOR MERCEDES-BENZ SUPERDOME PASS HOLDERS The failure of any guests to obey the instructions, directions or requests of event personnel, stadium signage or management’s rules and regulations may cause ejection from the event parking lots at management’s discretion, and/or forfeiture and cancellation of the parking pass, without compensation. TAILGATING Tailgating in Mercedes-Benz Superdome lots is prohibited for the CFP National Championship. TOWING SERVICE For towing services and assistance, please call 504-522-8123. Please raise your car hood and/or notify an officer at any lot entrance. DROP-OFF AND PICK UP AREA Guests can utilize the drop-off and pick up area at the taxi drop-off zone on 1500 Poydras Street. RIDESHARE Rideshare drop-offs and pick-ups will be in a designated area on Poydras Street at curb lanes from S. Claiborne Avenue to S. Broad Street. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Guests are encouraged to take public transportation. A public transportation stop is located on Poydras Street across from Gate A Ground Level. TAXIS There will be a taxi zone located in front of the Superdome at 1500 Poydras Street. |
| STADIUM SECURITY AND BAG POLICIES |
To enhance public safety, Mercedes-Benz Superdome and the College Football Playoff have created the following security policies for the 2020 College Football National Championship. CLEAR BAG POLICY A clear bag policy will be enforced at the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship. All guests and items are subject to physical inspection by security personnel. Any guest who does not agree to this search will be restricted from entering the premises. Each member of a family, including children, would be allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into Mercedes-Benz Superdome and all CFP events. In compliance with Mercedes-Benz Superdome Bag Policy, the College Football Playoff prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions:
Non-clear diaper bags are prohibited. A clear diaper bag (no larger than 12" X 6" X 12") is permitted. |

| CODE OF CONDUCT |
Superdome management and staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate eviction from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate. Patrons are encouraged to report all such behavior to any Superdome team member. The following behaviors or activities are causes for eviction from the Superdome:

Guests are reminded that attempting to enter or access the playing field without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing, which is grounds for immediate ejection and arrest. |

GUEST SERVICES Guest Relations kiosks are located throughout Mercedes-Benz Superdome and can be used to assist any guest to solve a myriad of issues. For any questions or concerns during an event, please contact the nearest Guest Relations Representative (i.e. usher, ticket taker or public safety personnel). Guests requiring any ADA services should contact the ADA facilitator at 504-587-3826. The central location is at Gate A Plaza Level. Kiosks can be found in the following locations:
For lost and found information during an event, patrons should visit the Guest Relations Center, located at Gate A Plaza Level or call 504-412-7755. Guests can inquire about a lost item after the game through the lost and found form on the Superdome’s website or email lostandfound@asmneworleans.com if you are unable to complete the form online. |
RE-ENTRY POLICY Re-entry is not permitted at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for the national championship game. In case of emergency, guests can contact the ticket taker and/or security supervisor at the nearest gate. RESTROOMS There are 68 women's, 68 men's, and eight family restrooms located throughout the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. All restrooms are ADA accessible. SMOKING Smoking is prohibited by law inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. |

ACCESSIBLE SEATING Patrons of the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship can exchange their valid game ticket for an ADA accessible ticket at Guest Services booths located inside of Mercedes-Benz Superdome on January 13. Inventory is limited and distributed on a first come, first served basis. Guest Services booths are located on the Plaza, Loge and 300 Levels are located near Gates A, C, E and G. On the 400 and Terrace levels, Guest Services Desks are located near Gates C and G. AUTHORIZED TICKET DISTRIBUTIONS The College Football Playoff, including its sponsors and stakeholders, Playoff Premium, the New Orleans College Football Championship Host Committee, CFP-RSVP, Ticketmaster (Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange) and participating teams and conferences, are authorized ticket distributors. All persons are advised to purchase tickets only from authorized ticket distributors. |
BOX OFFICE/TICKET RESOLUTIONS Box office windows are located at Lower Gate A and open at 10 a.m. on game day. For CFP ticket questions, please call 469-706-9010 or email tickets@collegefootballplayoff.com. PLAYOFF PREMIUM The Playoff Premium program features four levels of packages that include game tickets, pregame hospitality, parking and other amenities. Private VIP suites with standard and food beverage offerings also are available through Playoff Premium. The College Football Playoff and its event experience providers Colonnade Group, Dallas Fan Fares, Elder Sports Marketing, and QuintEvents are the official Playoff Premium providers. RESALE OF TICKETS Fans who purchase tickets from someone other than Ticketmaster, CFP-RSVP, or participating institutions and conferences do so at their own risk. These tickets could be counterfeit. The College Football Playoff is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through an unauthorized secondary ticket provider. |
SCALPING AND PROFITEERING POLICIES The resale or attempted reselling of tickets on Mercedes-Benz Superdome/Smoothie King Center/Champions Square property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate. STUDENT-ATHLETE GUEST TICKET DISTRIBUTION Student-athlete guests must enter on the west side of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, through entry of Gate H for Clemson, and Gate B for LSU, via a pass list starting at 4 p.m. TICKET POLICY All individuals, regardless of age, require a ticket for stadium entry. Lap passes are not issued. TICKET PRICES Reserved seats are $425, $525, $575. $675, $775. Club seats are $875. |

ADA PARKING AND DROP-OFF LOCATIONS Limited ADA Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in Garage 6 for $50. An ADA placard is required for parking. A drop-off location is also available at 1500 Poydras Street. ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES Complimentary hearing assistance devices are available at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A on the Plaza Level. Identification is required in order to check out the device. At Champions Square, assisted listening devices are available at the Guest Services tent, which is located at Lasalle Street, outside of Opening Act. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event. Requests for aid and service should be made at least 10 business days prior to event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill a request if made less than 10 business days in advance of an event. CLOSED CAPTIONING Closed captioning is available for guests at Mercedes-Benz Superdome. For more information on closed captioning, please visit one of the Guest Service stations. GUEST SERVICES HOTLINE ASM Global offers a text messaging system that allows patrons to submit issues or concerns via text message. If a patron inside the facility wants to report an issue or concern during an event, he or she should send a text message to 69050 using the keyword NOLA followed by a space, then the issue and location. Building personnel will monitor messages as they are received and will respond accordingly. SERVICE ANIMALS Only service animals with proper identification are permitted into Mercedes-Benz Superdome. All other animals are prohibited. WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE Wheelchairs are available for guests and can be checked out for the duration of events at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level. In exchange for the issuance of a wheelchair, you will be required to submit identification. For temporary wheelchair transportation throughout the venues, please request assistance for the nearest ADA greeter or Guest Services representative. |

STROLLERS Strollers are allowed into the Superdome. Patrons may check in strollers at the Guest Relations Center, located at Gate A Plaza Level. Patrons may keep strollers with them in the seating areas as long as it does not impede walkways or sightlines of other patrons. |
