2025-26 CFP Student-Athlete Availability Reporting
ABOUT THE POLICY
Beginning with the 2025-26 season, all schools participating in the College Football Playoff will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes to participate in each Playoff game.
KEY PARAMETERS
Reporting Requirements
Participating team personnel must submit availability reports three days before each game, with daily updates leading to a final report 90 minutes prior to game time.
Player Status Designations
Players are designated as “available,” “probable,” “questionable,” “doubtful,” or “out” before game day; and as “available,” “game time decision,” or “out” on game day.
