Eric Tosi joined the College Football Playoff in February 2026 as its newly-created Chief Brand Marketing and Communications Officer (CBMCO). In this role, Tosi will be responsible for leading the CFP's integrated marketing, brand strategy and communications functions, supporting the continued evolution of the CFP. He will oversee efforts to enhance fan engagement, strengthen partnerships, and ensure consistent, impactful storytelling across all platforms and events.

Tosi came to the CFP from the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights, where he was an integral part of the executive leadership group that launched the team in 2016. Initially brought on as the team's Communications and Content lead, he was elevated to Chief Marketing and Communications Officer where he oversaw all brand, marketing, communications, and content verticals for the club. Beyond the ice, Tosi served as a strategic advisor on marketing and brand development projects throughout the global portfolio of VGK's parent company, Foley Entertainment Group (FEG). The most notable of these were with FEG's Premier League side, AFC Bournemouth.

Prior to his time with the Golden Knights, Tosi held positions with the Boston Bruins, Red Bull New York and the New York Jets. He graduated with a degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and earned a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management and Digital Strategy from Harvard University's Extension School.
