Tia Withers joined the College Football Playoff staff in September 2026 as its Assistant Director of Finance and Business Operations.
Prior to joining the CFP, Withers spent four years with Temple University Athletics, most recently serving as Manager of Leadership Operations, where she supported executive leadership, financial operations, corporate sponsorship assets and business operations for multiple sports programs.
Withers previously worked in football operations at FIU and began her career as a football operations student assistant at Alabama.
Withers earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Temple, a master’s degree in recreation and sport management from FIU and a bachelor’s degree from Alabama.
