IRVING, Texas – The College Football Playoff (CFP) and Hotels for Hope, an Austin-based hotel technology and management company, announced today that that the Austin-based hotel technology company will become the official room-booking provider for the College Football Playoff National Championship.

The two-year agreement includes both the 2021 CFP National Championship in Miami and the 2022 CFP National Championship in Indianapolis, allowing Hotels for Hope to manage hotel bookings for both events through collegefootballplayoffhotels.com.

"We are pleased to join with Hotels for Hope in creating a seamless hotel reservation process for fans of college football," said Bill Hancock, Executive Director of the College Football Playoff. "This relationship will not only help our fans, it will also enhance the work of the CFP Foundation, helping us to expand our positive effect on the wonderful work that teachers are doing across the county."

Per the agreement with Hotels for Hope, a $2 charitable contribution will be paid to the College Football Playoff Foundation per night for every room booked through its new platform, College Football Playoff Hotels. The CFP Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose purpose lies in supporting PK-12 education across the country. The CFP Foundation's primary platform, Extra Yard for Teachers, is dedicated to elevating the teaching profession by inspiring and empowering teachers in four core areas: resources, recognition, professional development, recruitment and retention.

The College Football Playoff matches the No. 1 ranked team vs. No. 4, and No. 2 vs. No. 3 in semifinal games that rotate annually among six bowl games – the Goodyear Cotton Bowl, PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, Capital One Orange Bowl, Allstate Sugar Bowl and Rose Bowl Game. This season's Playoff Semifinals will take place Friday, January 1, 2021, at the Rose Bowl Game and the Allstate Sugar Bowl. The College Football Playoff National Championship will be Monday, January 11, 2021, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
